ADVAM has been delighted to see this premier event grow every year and in 2015 has taken the opportunity to come on board as a corporate sponsor. With the company's beginnings in Adelaide, ADVAM’s CEO Jose Da Silva says “What is great about The Tour Down Under, it not only showcases the world’s best cyclist but shines a light on South Australia”.
The Tour Down Under is the first stop on the world cycling calendar, set against the back drop of some of South Australia most picturesque landscapes the event not only sets Adelaide abuzz, but cycling fans world wide. The 2015 event will see 133 riders battle for the coverted Ochre jersey over 6 stages, with the final stage an inner city circuit.
ADVAM has a long history of participating in the amateur stages, and this year is no different with a team of 25 staff and clients entering the Bupa Challenge Tour. “It’s something we look forward to every year” says Jose Da Silva “Getting out on the same course as the pro riders is an amazing experience”
