Win a BOSE Headphones at the ADVAM Stand at the 2019 NPA Convention and Expo
1.0 PROMOTER
The promoter is ADVAM, a company owned by Transaction Network Services, Inc. (“ADVAM”) which has their registered office at TNS Headquarters, 10740 Parkridge Boulevard, Suite 100, Reston, Virginia 20191 ("Promoter").
2.0 THE EVENT
2019 NPA Convention and Expo (“Expo”) being held October 21-24, 2019 at Loews Sapphire Falls, Orlando.
3.0 WHO MAY ENTER
The only people who may enter the competition and be awarded a prize are registered attendees of the Expo who are not employees of the Promoter or the Immediate Family of such employees. "Immediate Family" means a spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the employee.
4.0 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. By entering the competition, the participant consents to receiving marketing material from ADVAM as outlined in the NPA Privacy Policy.
5.0 LIMITATIONS ON ENTRY
Participants may only enter the competition once. Only the first entry received will be valid if more than one entry is received from a participant.
6.0 HOW TO ENTER AND SELECTION OF WINNER
All eligible registered attendees who scan their business card or registered via the iCapture app and provide their consent to join the competition and to receive marketing material from ADVAM as outlined in the NPA Privacy Policy (link to be included) will be automatically put into the random drawings for a chance to win a pair of Bose Headphones. ADVAM will conduct a random drawing at 4pm on October 22, 2019 and again at 3pm on October 23, 2019 at the ADVAM stand at the Expo and one winner will be randomly selected and announced from amongst all eligible entries at the time of each specific drawing. If the entrant whose name is randomly selected and announced is not present to collect the prize at the time of the drawing, he or she forfeits the prize and ADVAM will randomly select another entrant from amongst all remaining eligible entries. This process will continue for each drawing until a selected entrant who is present at the ADVAM stand claims their prize (each a “Winner”).
7.0 PRIZE
Each winner will win a pair of BOSE headphones (the “Prize”). One Prize will be awarded to the Winner of each drawing at the times and dates set forth above at the ADVAM stand during the Expo.
8.0 NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
Each Winner will be announced at the ADVAM stand during each drawing at the time and dates set forth above.
9.0 PRIVACY
The information a participant shares with the Promoter in the course of entering the competition is covered by the NPA Privacy Policy.
10.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the Winner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees or agents to any participant is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied to that participant.
